ABBYY teamed up with SheerID to protect their academic discounts of up to 30% for students and teachers. ABBYY’s Student and Teacher Discount Program is only open to full or part-time enrolled university or college student or faculty or staff at Title IV accredited educational institutions. The software vendor begins their customer experience by directing students and teachers to special landing pages where they can select the discounted products they’d like to purchase. Once they’ve made their selections, they are verified by SheerID. At that point, they can either add additional items to their cart or complete the check out process.
