Atkins wanted to offer a military and first responder discount to customers in the U.S., but it was important to accurately gauge the results of the new program, so they needed the right verification solution in place from the get-go. According to Doing, “The program has only been active for about 10 weeks, but we’ve seen a great response so far with nearly a 25% conversion rate. Our call center team has also received numerous calls from consumers thanking us for oﬀering this beneﬁt to them.”
