SheerID and Refuel Agency Join Forces on STRIVE Campaign for the Military

SheerID and Refuel Agency have long supported the military by enabling companies to run marketing programs that honor and engage the military community. Many of these brands are launching special campaigns in May to celebrate military appreciation month and reward service members for their contributions to our society. 

SheerID and Refuel wanted to amplify these efforts, and knowing there is strength in numbers, we formed the Military Brand Coalition, a group of 15 leading brands who share our high regard for military service. Together we are launching the STRIVE campaign—a program that gives back to the military through special offers and donations to the men and women in the armed forces. SheerID and Refuel are also making it easy for brands to join our efforts if they don’t already have a military offer.

What is STRIVE for the Military?

SheerID is encouraging companies to reward the military with exclusive offers by offering the following incentives to any brand that launches their campaign by May 31, 2022:

  • 5,000 free military verifications to ensure every customer who receives your offer is eligible for it.
  • Offer listings on SheerID’s Shoppers Site 
  • Best practices for marketing to the military, including:

SheerID is also participating in the Team Red White and Blue (RWB) military appreciation month program by donating 10% of revenue for new military program sales during the month of May.

In addition, SheerID and Refuel Agency are hosting a health and wellness Summer Kick-Off Event at the Fort Bragg military base in Fayetteville, NC on May 26. During this event, the Military Brand Coalition will provide more than $10,000 in giveaways for the active duty, spouses, veterans, and Team RWB members in attendance. 

Participating brands include Nike, CheapCaribbean, Bass Pro Shops, Bang Energy, Gainful, TIDAL, Speedway Motorsports, Princess Cruises, P.volve, PODS, GEICO Military, T-Mobile, Oakley Standard Issue, and Generation Tux.

While May presents a special opportunity to give back to the 33 million active duty, reservists, veterans, and dependents in the US, we believe it is always important to support these brave heroes. With $1.2 trillion in purchasing power, this group is also a lucrative one to engage, and STRIVE aims to help brands effectively reach the military community.
