Free Trial Terms and Conditions

The SheerID Free Trial is a complimentary service offered to prospective customers that want to preview the core features of SheerID and test how the product works before committing to a monthly or annual contract. In addition, you will receive 75 verifications to use for free to run an initial test of the service. The free trial comes with the following restrictions.
Please review the terms of the SheerID free trial below. If a free trial user is found to be in violation of these policies, SheerID reserves the right to suspend free trial access without prior notification.
1. The free trial lasts for a period of 28 days.
2. In order to commence the free trial, a customer must agree to SheerID’s terms and conditions [“By checking this box and creating an account, you agree to the terms of SheerID’s Verification Services Agreement and Free-Trial Terms and Conditions”]
3. The SheerID free trial includes 75 verifications, free of charge.
4. If a free trial customer uses more than 75 verifications during the free trial, SheerID reserves the right to suspend access to their account and invoice that customer, at a rate of [$1.25] per verification, for all verifications used beyond the initial 75.
5. When the free trial period expires, the user will lose the ability to verify consumers. They will still have access to their account and reporting data from any verifications processed during the free trial.
6. In order to continue using verifications after the free trial, users must sign up as a paid customer. Customers can sign up in MySheerID and click “Subscribe” in the bottom left corner of the homepage.
7. There are a number of package options available after their free trial period expires. Customers interested in a month to month contract with the SheerID Starter package can sign up here. Enterprise customers who want take advantage of volume-based pricing and all the capabilities of the SheerID Platform, can request a meeting here.

9. Free trial users are limited to 1 Free Trial account that verifies consumers. If a business entity creates multiple accounts using different email addresses, they will be in violation of SheerID’s terms and subject to invoicing (at $1.25 per verification beyond the first 75) and/or account deletion.
10. SheerID does allow for multiple accounts to be created as long as the additional accounts does not verify consumers. A variety of SheerID customers allow partners and agencies to create programs on their behalf, and such third parties may simultaneously work for more than one customer. 11. Please Note: Free Trial users do not lose access to their account at the end of the free trial; they only lose the ability to use verify consumers on their site.
