Stepp will bring her extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture-driven growth to SheerID as the company continues expanding and innovating in the customer engagement and audience verification space.

Stepp joins SheerID with over 25 years of experience leading human resources and administrative functions in high-growth, transformational, privately-held software companies. She has helped scale organizations, driven workforce initiatives, and fostered high-performing teams.

Stepp’s career spans senior human resources roles, including Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief People and Workplace Officer, at various privately-funded software and technology companies such as QAD, which provides ERP and supply chain solutions; Vesta, a fintech company; Jama Software; and Puppet, a devops software start-up. Stepp also spent 12 years at Intel in a wide variety of organization consulting and HR leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and an MBA and Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
