SHEERID IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGES
This chart sets forth the details of SheerID’s implementation programs for its various subscription packages, including the amount of implementation assistance to which the Customer shall have access (during the applicable implementation timeline) as a part of the purchased subscription package. The implementation timelines noted below shall commence upon the earlier of: (i) the date of the kickoff meeting between SheerID and the Customer; or (ii) two weeks from Order Form execution. The Customer agrees to pay SheerID $250.00 per hour for any additional implementation assistance that is required to complete the Customer’s implementation (except to the extent that such a requirement is caused solely by SheerID’s acts, omissions, or delay).
