All members of the UOAA get 20% off their entire purchase at the Duck Store once a year. Before UOAA began using SheerID’s alumni verification solution, members received a coupon code that they could use to redeem their 20% discount. After the coupon code went viral last year and non-members began redeeming the discount, UOAA decided to put SheerID in place to verify alumni’s membership status before the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
