SheerID Implementation Services

This chart sets forth the details of SheerID’s implementation programs, including the maximum amount of implementation assistance to which the Customer shall have access (maximum implementation hours included) as a part of the purchased implementation package. Implementation timelines will be agreed upon with each individual brand.

To assist customers with additional projects after the implementation period, the Enhanced and Elite packages provide access to additional post-implementation hours from SheerID’s Professional Services team (10 Hours for Enhanced, and 20 for Elite). For customers that need further assistance with projects after the implementation period, or after their allotted hours are utilized, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $250 per hour.

Essential	SheerID’s base level offering for implementation. These implementations are executed primarily by the customer with guidance provided by a member of SheerID’s Professional Services team. Includes access to DataConnectors as part of implementation.	20 Hours	No Hours
Enhanced	Provides project management & technical support, access to DataConnectors, and allows for more complex implementations. Also includes 10 hours for ad-hoc services after initial implementation. These hours will expire after the initial subscription period.	40 Hours	10 Hours
Elite	SheerID’s highest level of implementation service. Includes a project manager and an engineer with access to everything the customer requires – excluding additional cost add-ons (such as API integrations).
